Spaghetti with tuna and capers

Ingredients:

2 tins of Compass Tuna fillet
250 g spaghetti
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
100 g dried tomatoes
30 g capers
3 tbls olive oil
1 tbls butter
Half a bunch of parsley
The peel of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Keep 1 glass of the water in which the spaghetti have boiled.
2. Drain the fish and finely chop the onion, garlic and tomatoes. Heat the olive oil in a big frying pan and fry the onions at medium heat, until it acquires a golden-brown colour, then add the garlic. In 1-2 minutes add the dried tomatoes and the capers. Fry everything for about 2 minutes, then add the ready spaghetti and the fish.
3. Mix well. Add a spoonful of butter, the finely cut parsley and the grated lemon peel. Season with salt and pepper, and mix well.

**Add some of the water you have put away if the spaghetti look dry.

Small tuna croquettes

Drain the fish and the chick-peas, finely chop the onion, garlic and parsley. Put the mixture in the blender together with the rest of the ingredients, without the sesame. Blend finely and add cummin, coriander, chili, salt, pepper, the juice and peel of ½ lemon to taste. Add the baking soda and mix well. Add some bread-crumbs if the dough is too soft.
